Group Classes

All classes are small group classes. They are coach led, community focused, and programmed to keep you fit.

OLY HOUR

Every Thursday at 5:30pm and every Saturday at 9:00am.

Teen Camp

6 week camp every summer on MWF from 10-11am. This is for ages 8-17.

3x Per Week Membership

You may choose any 3 class times per week in which to attend. Oly Hour, Saturday morning classes, and any Open Gym times are considered one of your classes.
2x Per Week Membership
$120
You may choose any 3 class times per week in which to attend. Oly Hour, Saturday morning classes, and any Open Gym times are considered one of your classes. *We recommend the 3x or Unlimited. However, we understand some people's schedules do not allow for that during different seasons.
